Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are subject to the cancellation fee. Exceptions for documented medical emergencies. Printing charges apply only when documents are not provided pre-printed by the requesting party.
Retainer plans are designed for clients with consistent monthly volume who need a certified professional they can dispatch without hesitation. Priority scheduling, locked-in rates, and guaranteed availability — for the full term of your agreement.
All retainer plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. The full term amount is due upfront before any services begin and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Unused included units do not carry over and hold no cash or credit value. Rates are locked in for the full agreed term. After the minimum term, the agreement continues month-to-month until either party provides 30 days written notice to cancel. Government and state fees are always billed separately at exact cost.
